The number of tickets for the Wimbledon Championships allocated to us by the LTA this year is determined by the number of our members that are British Tennis Members (BTM’s) with Girton Tennis Club specified as there registered venue or ‘Place to Play’and that have ‘Opted-In’ to the Wimbledon ballot on the LTA web site. We ask all members to visit the LTA website (www.lta.org.uk), click on ‘Become a member’ then click on ‘JOIN AS A LITE MEMBER’ and complete your registration specifying Girton Tennis Club as your registered venue and don’t forget to ‘Opt-In’ to the Wimbledon ballot.
In 2020, we would like to keep bringing you good quality tennis coaching at an affordable price, and we would like to do this all year round. To this end, local LTA coach David Nation is offering a 5-week Winter course for juniors and adults on Tuesday evenings, starting on January 14th. Each course will have weekly one-hour sessions between 5-8 pm.
The cost of the complete course is £21.25 for members and £42.50 for non-members.
